Born in León, he began his musical training at the “José Castro Ovejero” Professional Conservatory of Music in that city, before going on to study at the ESMUC (Barcelona), Musikene (Basque Country) and Schola Cantorum Basiliensis (Switzerland), where he completed two Master’s degrees in Early Music. His studies in organ, cello and chamber music have made him an experienced and versatile musician. He has an extensive musical career within numerous specialist ensembles and orchestras, which has taken him to perform not only in Spain but also in countries such as Germany, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, France, etc. He currently resides in Switzerland, where he combines a busy concert schedule with his teaching work and musical research.
